1. Power of whole food. I now understand what the extra crap in food can do to your body if you consistently eat it. My mindset is now on eating foods that are going to fuel me and not make me feel like crap and bloated. I have gotten to a point where restaurant food or even more processed food that you might find at a bbq dinner actually give me severe stomach pains. I know it is still important to live life and enjoy meals, but I will be more conscious of what i choose to eat at restaurants.  


2. Consistency/sticking to the plan! I have now experienced what consistency with eating, drinking lots of water and exercising can do to my body. I still want to loose about 10 -15 more pounds so now with the knowledge, drive and consistency I believe I can do that over the summer/fall.


I am so proud of where I have gotten! This is exactly what I needed in this stage of my life. I am so glad I didn’t just settle with being unhappy about my body. I have never felt more confident and happy with my body. I feel confident wearing most of my clothes now! I The puffiness in my face has also decreased a ton 🙏 .
